New Release Preview – Bloqer Android Internet Filter for GSM Smartphones
We are creating a new release of Bloqer Internet Filter for GSM Smartphones.
We are basing our releases on feedback from users. There seems to be some confusion on what is being blocked. People have been expecting Bloqer to search content, and block the keywords from content. I realize our instructions state it blocks by keywords in the web title or URL, but we also realize that apps need to be more self explanatory, as we are all pressed for time. We do have a lot of instructional tutorials on this website, if you are interested, however.
So, for the new release we are including the following feature:
The areas that are blocked can be selected. For example, you can select to block web titles, web URLS, content, or all. That way, it is clearly demonstrated exactly how the blocking works.
We are intending Bloqer to be a platform for bigger things. So the more feedback we get, the more ideas we have so this application can better serve. So, please, if you have ideas, we would like to hear them.
